Diagnosis The customer you wish to file in the hierarchy already appears in a higher-level position in the hierarchy. System Response The system cannot assign the customer, as this would cause a loop in the system. (Example: A is assigned to B, B is assigned to A). Procedure If you wish to assign this customer in this position, you must first remove him from the higher-level position. Procedure for System Administration
