Diagnosis You wish to assign a customer, whose sales area is not permitted in the sales area for the higher-level customer. This sales area assignment is not provided in Customizing. System Response The system cannot assign the customer. Procedure Enter a valid sales area. The sales area must correspond to the settings in Customizing for this customer hierarchy type. Procedure for System Administration You can change the assignment of the sales area in Customizing. Execute action
