Diagnosis

Virus scan server is to be started on the specified application server, but is not accessible after a wait time of 10 seconds.

System Response

This is an information message without an immediate system reaction.

Procedure

If the virus scan server is monitored by the CCMS, and has the status "Active on Application Server", start requests are automatically generated again.

Procedure for System Administration

If the virus scan server does not start, you can check at the command line whether more detailed error messages are displayed for a manual start.
