Diagnosis
This selection criterium restricts the period for the delivery creation date.
You can only select the sales order items that have at least one schedule line due for shipping during the interval and you can only display the schedule lines whose deliveries should be generated within this interval (according to the automatic delivery scheduling in sales order processing).
We recommend that you leave the delivery creation date blank and only enter a value in the 'delivery creation date to' field. This is because order delivery begins with the oldest open schedule lines regardless of whether they are displayed in the extended delivery due list or not.
If you enter a date in the 'delivery creation date from' field, you run the risk of delivering schedule lines from before this date although they did not appear in the delivery due list.
If you leave the 'delivery creation date to' field blank but specify a from date, the system only selects sales orders with schedule lines due for shipping on that day.
