Diagnosis

A project-assigned inquiry is a prerequisite for sales pricing.
To access sales pricing, choose Logistics or Accounting -> Project System -> Controlling -> Planning .

The system could not find any inquiry assigned to the project you selected in the initial screen.

Note:

You required the project-assigned customer inquiry only for the sales pricing referred to above. You do not need one for sales pricings created from the Project Builder.
