Diagnosis

Meter reading document &V1 has a different billing period to meter reading document although both meter readings have the same meter reading date. The system cannot process documents from the same day that have the different definitions SBP and JBP.

Changes may have been made to the billing period in Customizing that have caused inconsistencies.
