Diagnosis
You must decide for every backlog set whether a static quantity is created by the evaluation of one mass run, or whether new dynamic error extracts are to be included from all billing run
You can specify this in the table backlog set definition.
This program evaluates logs for a dynamic backlog set. This means it can only be started for backlog sets that are selected as 'dynamic'.
