Diagnosis
The current time stamp, minus the safety margin Int.Ext.Gn that you created in the backlog set definition table produces the time: (Date , Time ).
This point in time, however, is before the previous evaluation
( Date , time ).
In this case, the system evaluates the period
( previous evaluation - today ) = ( - today )
Caution
There is no guarantee that all logs in this period are evaluated since some mass runs that produce these logs could still be running.
You may have to start extra extract generation runs for the same period in order to include missing extracts in the error extract table (INSTSET).
System Response
Procedure
SAP recommends that you wait a few days between two runs. This ensures that all logs to be evaluated are up-to-date and completed. You can also avoid having to repeat runs, and the danger of some incorrect installations not being included in the error extract table (INSTSET).
