Diagnosis
In order to guarantee a complete evaluation, you should never execute an evaluation right up to the system date, which means, never exceed the safety margin (SY DATE - Int.Ex.Gn).
The safety margin Int.Ex.Gn () is defined in the Int.Ex.Gn field in the Backlog-Set-Definition table (ISU_BACKLOGS).

Move the to-date to before the safety margin (SY DATE - ) if you do not have explicit reasons for an incomplete evaluation (see reasons mentioned above).
