Diagnosis

You have entered a starting time (date , time ) for the extract generation that starts before the end of the last extract generation run (date , time ).
Extract generation is performance intensive. As a result, only start the program with this starting time if the last run did not correctly maintain the error extract table (INSTSET).
Normally, one run includes all incorrect installations for a given interval in the error extract table.
