Diagnosis
You want to display the worklists for all agents in group . Only users entered in the agent table (ISU_WAR_ROOM) are authorized for this. User is not in this table.
System Response
The worklist is not displayed.
Procedure
Procedure for System Administration
Enter user in table ISU_WAR_ROOM. Give him or her the authorization required for displaying other agents' worklists.
