Diagnosis
You want to display the worklist allocated to agent . You need the appropriate authorization to do this. Authorization is issued in the agent table ISU_WAR_ROOM. User is not entered in this table.
System Response
The agent's worklist is not displayed.
Procedure
Procedure for System Administration
Enter user in the table: ISU_WAR_ROOM. Give him or her the authorization required for displaying other agents' worklists.
