System Response
Procedure
Use transaction process error extract ( MSINA ) to search for the error entered above (message ID, message) in backlog entry for installation .
Check the following options:
- Error cause entered in the list semi-automatic repairs is incorrect. Remove the incorrect entry and enter the correct error cause.
- Function module does not work correctly. use the solution path entered above to find out who is responsible for function module in the modules for solutions table. He or she can then correct the function module .
