Diagnosis
The referred Web Service proxy is assigned to a different package than the main proxy.
System Response
Web Service proxies partially located in different packages cannot be changed.
Procedure
Mentioned proxy has to be moved from package to .
- start transaction SPROXY_START with ABAP Name: ABAP Type: and display proxy (F7).
- choose menu Goto -> Object Directory Entry
- toggle to edit mode
- assign package
