Diagnosis
No structure relationship has been defined from structure package to structure package .
System Response
If the package relationships of the user package are not fully defined, the system cannot activate the proxy objects involved.
Procedure
The packages that contain or use the generated proxy objects must have use access for the package interface SAI_TOOLS.
If the user package is part of a structure package, you must also maintain a structure relationship from the user structure package to the package interface SAPPINT.
