Diagnosis
You are not authorized for the action. In customizing and development projects you need either the value A3 (Change Status) or 76 (Create Documentation) for the field ACTVT in the authorization object S_PROJECT to edit a project. In other projects the value 23 for the field ACTVT is sufficient.
System Response
The selected action is cancelled.
Procedure
Get the necessary authorization or get support from colleagues with sufficient authorization.
