Diagnosis

When deleting an action definition, all conditions for this action definition are automatically deleted. Deletion of conditions was completed with an error.

System Response

Procedure

The conditions not deleted are no longer referenced. This doesn't result in any further problems. The conditions can be deleted using reports to remove inconsistencies.
