Diagnosis
The action is locked.
System Response
It cannot be processed.
Procedure
The lock flag is set by the relevant application. This should prevent incomplete documents from being outputted, for example.
If a corresponding status of the document is achieved, the lock flag is reset again by the application. Processing of the action is then possible.
