Diagnosis
During deactivation, this system detected that some agents in the local systems are incorrect for the process or have not been configured at all or that one or more destinations cannot be reached.
System Response
The monitoring of process cannot be fully deactivated. Surplus data may be generated in the local systems, but not processed. This data is stored in a queue, however, and cannot cause any serious problems.

Inform your system administrator.

For more detailed information about which agent is affected, and in which system, see the agent logs (or the Monitoring Infrastructure (transaction RZ20) in the monitor set SAP Process Monitoring Infrastructure and monitor PMI Self Monitoring. View the open alerts of the relevant agent or process under PMI Agents.
The problem may be simple to solve just by checking the accessibility of the relevant destinations and then switching the process on and off again.
