Contact your administrator.
Procedure for System Administration
Check whether the error can be corrected by deactivating and then reactivating monitoring for process . If this still does not help, use Job Monitoring (SM37) to check whether the jobs '' and 'SPI_TRANSPORT' are still running. Contact SAP Support if required.
