Diagnosis
In the Process Monitoring Infrastructure (PMI), data reorganization takes place regularly. Here, the process instances are combined into aggregate according to the settings: for example, overview data of process instances per day, month. An error occurred while refreshing or creating these aggregates.

Procedure
The corresponding reorganization log for your process type includes a detailed trace. You can often use this trace to identify the cause of the problem and take steps to correct it.
