Diagnosis
The available resources cannot handle the data backlog (unprocessed tracking records/process steps).
System Response
The process monitoring is deactivated automatically. The volume of data is too high to be handled by the available resources or there are errors in the process configuration.
Procedure
Check the process configuration. If the configuration is correct and the volume of data continues to rise, then the process cannot be monitored.
