Diagnosis
A large number () of process steps ("tracking records") exist that cannot be assigned to process instances.
System Response
The system first attempts to process the data records in smaller blocks. If this does not work and the volume of data continues to rise, the process is deactivated automatically. The situation is probably caused by an error in the process configuration or a volume of data that cannot be handled by the available resources.
