Process type is already being assembled - processing stopped

Diagnosis
Only one assembler is allowed to be scheduled as a job for a process type.
System Response
If the system determines at the start of a new job that a job already exists actively for the same process type, processing is stopped.
Procedure
Procedure for System Administration
If the runtime of the assembler regularly exceeds the job scheduling periods, then the extended settings in the administration must be checked.
