Diagnosis
You have tried to check a document in or out, but you are not authorized to import a document into the project or folder.
System Response
The document cannot be checked in or out.
Procedure
You can find out which authorizations you are missing, under System -> Utilities -> Show Auth. Check . Ask the person responsible for these authorizations.
