Diagnosis
You try to restart / debug a failed bgRFC unit directly out of the bgRFCMonitor (sbgrfcmon). Processing a failed WS-Runtime bgRFC unit out of the bgRFC monitor is not permitted.

Restart the corresponding WS-Runtime sequence by using the Restart function out of the sequence monitor / message monitor.
