The fax number was entered in an incorrect format.

Procedure

You have the following options:

  • Delete the fax number, select the function Fax recipient and make the appropriate entries in the subsequent screen.
  • Enter the fax number in the following format on the send screen:
    <COUNTRY><Number> where <COUNTRY> is an identication code for the international dialing code with a maximum of 3 characters.
    Example
    The fax number for the SAP Hotline appears as follows: DE06227/34-1740
