You cannot send to address &

Diagnosis
The error message has two possible causes :
- No connection to a suitable communication type for the external address selected (for example, fax or Internet).
- Appropriate send authorization missing.
System Response
Cannot send to address stated.
If you have already included it in the list, it will be deleted from it.
Procedure
Inform your SAPoffice administrator.
They must either give you the appropriate authorization for external sending (SO_OC_SEND), or enter a communication type suitable for this address in address management.
