Diagnosis
The search criteria specified do not apply to any of the folders or you do not have the required authorization for any of the folders selected.

Procedure
You have the following options:
- Enter other search criteria
- If you are searching for a private folder, you can display all of the folders by leaving the field blank and choosing the input help.
- If you are searching within the shared folders, you need to enter at least the first letter of the folder name (followed by *) and choose the
input help.
