This alert shows if disk performance statistics are on for the DB server

Diagnosis
This alert shows if it will be possible to get to disk performance data from the WIndows performance monitor tool for the database server. If it is not possible, and i/o is a concern, then diskperf will need to be run from the command line and the server rebooted. Please see windows documentation on diskperf.
