You have specified a mandate by entering the unique, cross-country creditor ID and the mandate ID . The specified mandate, however, already exists in more than one active application. This means, therefore, that the system cannot uniquely identify the mandate.

The system did not select a mandate.

Specify in addition an active application to uniquely identify the mandate.
