Diagnosis

Enhancement implementation is to be generated. It is therefore necessary to lock the implementation. The lock was unsuccessful because the implementation was already locked by another process.

System Response

The generation is not performed.

Procedure

Repeat the generation at another time.

When this problem occurs during a transport, it can be ignored if it occurs during mass activation of the Enhancement Framework as an additional generation attempt is automatically made during after-import handling. If this also fails, it is possible to generate the implementation to be generated in transaction SE19 by manual activation or by repeating the after-import phase.
