Diagnosis

ALE outbound processing is used to create the test data. This means that a port is determined to which the IDocs are transferred using the logical system and the outbound partner profile associated with the BAPI.

So that the DX Workbench can use this port it must be a file port.

Procedure

Using transaction WE21 create a file port with the version 'IDoc record type SAP-Release 4.x', by defining a physical directory and a file name for the outbound file. The field 'function module' is not supported by the DX-WB.

Then select this file port in the outbound partner profiles WE20.
