Usage of data area between 00:00 and 02:00

Diagnosis
The first data collector session between 00:00 and 02:00 notes the size of the currently used area of the database in this node.
This value is used to determine the daily growth of the database.
Format: YYYYMMDD hhmmss <used area> where:
- YYYYMMDD: Measurement date
- hhmmss: Measurement time
- <used area>: Used area of the database in MB at this time
