Diagnosis
Your system contains a pilot version of the Release 4.0 translation environment (Transaction SENN), which is active during a transitional phase for certain languages, as well as the standard translation environment (Transaction SE63).
The target language which you specified is identified in the system as a pilot language. You must use Transaction SENN to translate into this language.
