The startup program of the transaction is not available.
System Response
The transaction cannot be called.
Procedure
Check whether the transaction is still valid. If it is, then sort it out. If it is not valid, then delete the transaction in the original system (and also in the receiving systems by way of transports), or put it into a test package (T... or $...).
