Diagnosis

You cannot reassign objects from package to package , since package is in maintenance mode, and package is in development mode.

In maintenance mode, you can make only corrections to errors, as in Support Package systems. Packages in development mode are to be used for new and enhanced developments.

You cannot reassign objects between packages in two different modes.

System Response

The object does not change packages.
