Cannot forward transports to system &1

Diagnosis
The transport cannot be forwarded to system . This may be due to the following reasons:
- For non-ABAP systems: System has a different communication system from the system where you are currently logged-on.
Transports can only be forwarded to systems that have the same communication system. - For ABAP systems: The function is not supported.
Procedure
If the source and target systems or their communication systems have a shared transport directory, call the import queue Web UI in the target system, or in the communication system of the target system and choose "More -> Add".
This adds the transport to the import queue.
