Component CTS_PLUG not installed in communication system &1 of system &2

Diagnosis

The CTS plug-in consists of the CTS Server plug-in (required on the CTS server), the CTS Service plug-in (required on managed systems), and the CTS Bootstrapper plug-in (required on managed systems). Installing the CTS plug-in on the CTS Server means installing the software component CTS_PLUG and making the CTS Service and CTS Bootstrapper plug-ins available for distribution to the managed systems.

System Response

The CTS Server plug-in (software component CTS_PLUG) is not installed in this system. You can distribute the CTS Bootstrapper and CTS Service plug-ins to this system.

Procedure

• If you want to update the CTS Server plug-in (software component CTS_PLUG) import the Support Packages for this component as described in SAP Note 1665940.
• If you want to install and update the CTS Service and CTS Bootstrapper plug-ins in the managed systems distribute them from the CTS Server to the managed systems.
