Diagnosis
The CTS service plug-ins require a newer version of the transport tools tp and R3trans.
System Response
tp and R3trans need to be updated.
Procedure
To update the transport tools tp and R3trans, contact your system administration.
Procedure for System Administration
Download the current version of the transport tools from the SAP Service Marketplace and update them in the system. For more information, see SAP Note 19466.
