Customizing synchronization not possible from this system

Diagnosis
The functions for synchronizing Customizing do not exist in this system. Function module is missing.
System Response
The Customizing settings will not be synchronized between this system and other mySAP components.
Procedure
The Customizing synchronization function is an enhancement of SAP standard functionality. You can also use your system as normal without these functions.
Procedure for System Administration
To use Customizing synchronization, you must install an add-on to the SAP standard functions.
