Enhancement BC Set must be the same type as source BC Set

Diagnosis

If a BC Set is to be enhanced with the contents of another BC Set, the types of the BC Sets must match, i.e. a value BC Set can only be enhanced by another value BC Set, and a hierarchical BC Set can only be enhanced by another hierarchical BC Set.

These BC Set types do not match.

Processing is cancelled.
