Value adjustment document &1 &2 &3 not yet approved

Diagnosis
You either want to enter or change a value adjustment for document , item or you want to change document itself. However this is not possible because the document has a value adjustment with document numbers that has not yet been approved.
There can only be one active workflow for an earmarked fund (item). This action would cause a second workflow to be started for the earmarked fund .
