Negative values are not possible for value adjustments

Diagnosis
You want to enter or change a value adjustment for an earmarked fund and have entered a negative amount (document currency or local currency).
However, it is not possible to enter a negative amount in a value adjustment document.
System Response
Procedure
If you want to reduce the amount of an earmarked fund, you have to enter a value reduction document and enter a positive amount.
