Only records of the type "manual reduction" can be cancelled

Diagnosis
This message may be triggered by one of two things:
- You have chosen a totals record.
- You have chosen a record which is not a manual reduction.
In this environment, you can only cancel history records originating from manual reduction. All other records can be raised with the appropriate transaction. This includes setting the amount to zero or posting a record with a negative amount.
