Inconsistency in DataSource name

Diagnosis
The names of DataSources and cannot technically be distinguished from one another. The names of DataSources that were created before PI_2000_1 Support Package 4 and that are longer than 19 characters, must be distinguishable after the 16th character. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
