Diagnosis
The database does not contain any information on the properties of the monitoring tree element (MTE) that you selected. Properties are the settings of an MTE, including such information as the descriptive message of an MTE, alert thresholds, and so on.
This situation is most likely not due to an error. Rather, the MTE is probably a temporary MTE. The system stores properties of such MTEs in the database only when a user explicitly saves the properties.
System Response
Procedure
If you wish to store the MTE properties in the database, then save the properties. The system will then add the properties as they are displayed to you to the database.
The properties are then "permanent." That is, the properties as saved in the database override any specifications made by a data supplier program or collection method. The properties can only be changed by a user, who modifies and saves them again.
