Diagnosis
The transport program could not be scheduled as a background job because you do not have the required authorization.
System Response
The job was not scheduled.
Procedure
To be able to schedule transport programs as background jobs, you require the appropriate authorization in the Change and Transport System (value "TABL" for authorization object S_CTS_ADMI). It is contained in the standard authorization S_CTS_ADMIN.
