Diagnosis
System Response
The duration of the trip is less than 12 hours. A 'SAL' receipt is reimbursed only for trips with a duration of 12 hours or more.
Procedure
Either delete the 'SAL' receipt or change the start or end date of the trip on the General Data screen.
(This automatically deletes the 'SAL' receipt!)
