You tried to delete a delivered entry.
System Response
You are not allowed to delete a delivered entry.
Procedure
The delivered entries are not allowed to be deleted because they serve as templates.
You can copy a delivered entry and enter values in the following custom fields:
- Program Name (Custom)
- Screen (Custom)
- Header Text (Custom)
You can delete this copied entry, if you do not need it any longer.
